The short version
This is a portfolio site. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. Nothing you do here is measured, profiled or sold. The only personal information held is what you choose to send through the contact form or the chat.
What is not collected
- No analytics of any kind, first-party or third-party
- No advertising or conversion tracking
- No session recording or heatmaps
- No tracking cookies, and no advertising cookies
- No profiling, and no sale or sharing of data with brokers
What you send on purpose
Two parts of the site accept information, and both are optional.
- The contact form. Your name, email address and message are passed to FormSubmit, a third-party form service, which forwards them by email. They are used to reply to you and nothing else.
- The chat and voice assistant. If you start a chat, the messages you type are processed so the conversation can work. If you use the voice assistant, your speech is sent to ElevenLabs, which provides that feature and has its own privacy policy. Neither is needed to browse the site.
Stored in your browser
A small amount of data is kept in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your preferences: your light or dark theme choice, and any accessibility settings you turn on, such as larger text or reduced motion. This never leaves your device and is not readable by anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Things loaded from elsewhere
Some fonts and images are served by other companies, including Google Fonts and Pexels. When your browser fetches a file from them, they can see your IP address, as happens with any file requested from any server. They are not given anything else, and they are not used to track you across sites on this site's behalf.
Your rights
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. Since the only records are the messages you have sent, this is usually a short conversation. Get in touch at Support@aibaaz.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If tracking of any kind is ever added, it will be described here before it is switched on.
