• Optional Feature: Using the chat is completely optional—you can contact us via email or forms instead
• No Automatic Recording: Chat only activates when you explicitly interact with the widget

ElevenLabs Privacy: ElevenLabs has its own privacy policy governing how they handle voice data. We recommend reviewing their Privacy Policy before using the chat feature. We have chosen ElevenLabs for their strong commitment to data security and privacy.

Your Control: You can choose not to use the AI chat and contact us through alternative methods (email, contact forms) if you prefer not to share voice data with a third-party service.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Anonymous Analytics: Retained for 6 months, then automatically deleted
• Contact Form Submissions: Retained until the inquiry is resolved or you request deletion
• Live Chat Messages: Stored for customer service purposes for up to 1 year, can be deleted upon request
• AI Voice Chat Logs: Stored for customer service purposes, can be deleted upon request. Note: ElevenLabs may retain data according to their own retention policy
